Faure's elegant and subtle Requiem is a firm favourite with audiences today and George Shearing will delight you with his setting of Shakespearean songs and sonnets. Also using Shakespearean text, John Rutter's Birthday Madrigals were composed for George Shearing’s 75th birthday.
